What if the customer does not have a checking account?
They will not qualify. They must have an active checking account that has been open for at least three months.
How long is the lease agreement for?
All lease-purchase agreements are for 12 months unless the customer chooses an early buyout option.
How do I update my username or password?
In the menu bar at the top you can hover over your name in the top right corner and choose the Change Password link from the dropdown.
How does the customer make payments?
Payments are automatically withdrawn from the customer’s checking account according to their paydays. Customers requesting changes in payment frequency or payment dates should be directed to the customer service department at (800) 742-1789 x2
Can customers qualify using a pre-paid debit card account or a savings account?
No, we cannot accept these account types. Customers must have a traditional checking account in order to qualify.
