Delivery & Returns

All refunds by check and credit cards receive an in store credit. No cash refunds. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or higher. Returns will be less the delivery fee. No refund or cancellation of the order after 3 days of the date of the order. Monthly payments are required on all special or layaway orders.

What are my options for delivery?

Delivery for any mattress and/or mattress set ($499 and over) is free. Delivery is available within a 20 mile radius from our store and includes free in home set up. Each piece is opened, assembled and inspected before delivery. Once in your home, our delivery team will place and complete the assembly. The standard delivery charge is $99.99. Standard delivery is any delivery that does not require removing windows or using a rig job to lift to a different floor within the 20 mile radius. If our delivery service cannot deliver into your home, furniture will be returned to our store and the delivery fee will not be credited. If the delivery service determines that the furniture has to be rigged , there will be an additional charge that they will quote at that time, and will have to be paid in full before the attempt .For deliveries over the 20 mile radius please call for an estimate. The delivery charge is added to the price of your merchandise. Your balance must be paid in full before delivery.

Can I pick up my furniture myself and avoid delivery charges?

Yes, you can. A Customer Care Specialist will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up at our 661 Belleville Ave. location.
In order for Regal House Furniture to retrieve, inspect and wrap your items from our warehouse, please let us know at least 48 hours before pick up. This will help expedite your pick up as we have more than one warehouse.. Please bring straps and blankets to help your furniture get home safely. Some assembly may be required once you get you new furniture home. If your decision is to pick up your furniture, you will be responsible for any possible, unexpected damage after leaving our warehouse premises. Please make sure you inspect all items before leaving our warehouses. Warehouse associates at the 661 Belleville Ave. location are available to assist you from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 10-5.

Do I have to wait at home all day for delivery?

We understand that you are busy. When one of our Customer Care Specialists arranges your delivery date, they will call the night before and give you a 3 hour window.

What if I notice damage to my furniture during delivery?

Regal House Outlet makes every attempt to ensure that your furniture arrives to you in the condition you would expect. However, if you find any damage at the point of delivery, please point it out to the drivers. Please also contact a Regal House Outlet Specialist by calling 508-996-5437.
We will make sure the problem is addressed and you are satisfied.

Is my furniture in stock?

In most cases, the furniture we offer in the showroom is in stock. In the event that your desired custom piece needs to be ordered, we can assure a prompt ordering process. When possible, if we are out of stock but expecting a delivery of the product, we will let you know at the time of purchase when it is expected to be in stock.

What are the warranties on my furniture?

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Regal House Outlet also offers a 5-Year Product Protection Plan. The plan covers fabric, leather, vinyl, wood and area rugs. We offer in-home service, live personal assistance, online furniture care tips, 100% parts & labor, and replacement if we cannot repair your furniture. The Product Protection Plan covers accidental damage like punctures and rips to fabric, leather and vinyl. Also included in the coverage are food and beverage spills, human and pet bodily fluids (except perspiration and bodily oils), ball point pen, and nail polish. Manufacturer defects are also included like warping of frame, breakage, cracking, peeling of the finish on solid wood, wood veneered or wood laminated furniture. Failure of electrical components including motors and clocks are also covered along with defects in hydraulics, mechanisms, springs and coils. Pricing for the Product Protection Plan starts as low as $99.00.
